When you have a Radiology procedure as an outpatient or as an emergency care patient, the ordering physician will receive a report of your results. Should the ordering physician request that you bring the images to his/her office, please utilize the following process:
To eliminate waiting for your images, please call ahead. We will make every effort to have your images ready for pick-up when you arrive.
You will need to show photo ID when picking up images.
You will have to sign a release form and the following information will be requested:
- Patient name
- Patient date of birth
- Name of physician requesting review of the images
- Type of study and date taken
If someone other than yourself will be picking up your images, they must have a letter of authorization from you with all of the above information included. The letter must also state the name of the person who will be picking up the images. They must be prepared to show photo ID.
Image pick-up at main St. Mary Medical Center Campus:
If you had mammograms, bone density or ultrasound scans at the Women’s Center, you will pick up the images in the main Radiology Department at St. Mary Medical Center.
The hours for image pick-up are Monday to Friday 8 a.m. to 7:30 p.m. and Saturday morning 8 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.

To pick up images at the Richboro campus, please call 215-710-7460.
Images can be picked up Monday to Friday 8 a.m. to 9 p.m. (Please call ahead if you intend to pick up images after 5 p.m.)
