Welcome to the My Health Patient Portal Page! St. Mary has two, easy-to-use, secure portals, one for your physician's office and one to give you access to your medical records from hospital services.

Note: Please call 9-1-1 if you have a medical emergency. MyHealth Patient Portals are not for medical emergencies. If you have urgent medical questions or need medical advice, please call your physician or healthcare provider's office directly.  

MyHealth Patient Portals are available 24 hours a day, putting you in charge of your health information. You can access test results, reports or connect with your medical practice from the comfort of your own home computer, tablet, or smartphone.

The MyHealth Patient Portal for Physician Offices provides
