Welcome to MyHealth, the new online tool that empowers you to view your own health information. MyHealth is secure and portable—you can access your reports from the comfort of your own home computer or tablet. Available 24 hours a day, the MyHealth portal puts you in charge of your health information.

NOTE: You must be at 18 years or older to sign-up for a MyHealth account.

MyHealth is not for medical emergencies. Please call 9-1-1 if you have a medical emergency. Also please contact your physician or healthcare provider if you have any questions or need medical advice.  

With MyHealth, you are making an important step towards better health. It can help you answer questions you have about your lab results, hospital reports, radiology tests and more.

Please Note:
** It may take up to 14 days for some results to display in the portal. 
If after two weeks a result has not displayed as you expect,
please call the care provider who ordered your test. **
