Time for Teens Camp

New studies have found that teens with sunnier outlooks also tend to be healthier. Teens' positive emotions and moods, as well as their satisfaction with life, may be more important than either anxiety or depression levels for predicting physical health. Two of the best ways to feel positive about yourself is to eat healthy and move more. Time for Teens programs include kayaking, canoeing, paddle boating, golfing, and one-hour nutrition classes where teens learn to make healthy meals and sit down together to a delicious dinner.

There is no fee for the class.
