Mother Bachmann Maternity Center

St. Mary Medical Center believes that every mother and baby deserve a happy, healthy beginning.

Certified nurse-midwives are available to care for women at the Mother Bachmann Maternity Center. Many women prefer this tradition of personal family-centered care. As specialists in the care of healthy women and newborns, each midwife is affiliated with a physician for consultation and referral, if needed.

All deliveries of newborn babies take place at St. Mary Medical Center in Langhorne.

The Mother Bachmann Maternity Center provides quality services to meet the needs of every new mother and child.

Based on a need for quality maternity care for families in need, the Mother Bachmann Center in Bensalem was established in 1991. The center also accepts most insurance coverage, including Medical Assistance, Keystone Mercy and several HMOs.

Regardless of insurance coverage or financial circumstances, all pregnant women are encouraged to seek the prenatal care necessary for the safe delivery of a healthy baby. It is the mission at Mother Bachmann that quality maternity care is available to all in our community.
