Skin Cancer screening takes place late May early June. Screenings will be conducted by a staff physician using the guidelines set by the American Academy of Dermatology. The screening is free of charge and will take approximately 10 minutes.
Prostate Cancer Screening:
The American Cancer Society recommends that you consult your family physician or urologist about screenings for prostate cancer.

Using Low Dose Computed Tomography (LDCT) to look for lung nodules in high risk population.
Talk to your doctor about writing an order for lung cancer screening if you have ALL of the following:
- I am age 55 - 77 years old and…
- I am a current smoker or have quit smoking within the past 15 years and…
- I have a smoking history of at least a pack of cigarettes per day for 30 years or 2 packs of cigarettes per day for 15 years
The combination of these conditions puts you at high risk for developing lung cancer and may qualify you for free annual screenings.
