Talk to your doctor about writing an order for lung cancer screening if you have ALL of the following:

  1. I am age 55 - 77 years old and…
  2. I am a current smoker or have quit smoking within the past 15 years and…
  3. I have a smoking history of at least a pack of cigarettes per day for 30 years or 2 packs of cigarettes per day for 15 years

The combination of these conditions puts you at high risk for developing lung cancer and may qualify you for free annual screenings.
