St. Mary Medical Center understands that the key to a healthy community is to create supportive environments for good health by sharing knowledge and resources with our colleagues and community members. St. Mary offers programs and initiatives designed to motivate people and provide the education they need to develop skills and confidence in establishing healthy lifestyles.
St. Mary advocates for health at all levels of society in Bucks County so that everyone may achieve their full health potential. This includes low-income families and uninsured residents through the St. Mary Community Ministries in Bensalem.
The community is encouraged to take advantage of free disease prevention and health promotion services. These services include flu vaccines, screenings and educational seminars for community members of all ages, from children and youth, to adults and mature adults who are in the prime of their lives.
