Compliance Program has the primary responsibility to foster a cooperative work
environment based on integrity and high ethical and moral standards in promoting
full compliance with laws, regulations and policies. The Corporate
Compliance Program is an element of our organizations continuing effort to
improve quality and performance.

The compliance hotline gives colleagues and community members an
opportunity to confidentially report concerns relating to known or suspected
violations of law or regulations. The compliance hotline is designed to
supplement rather than replace existing channels of communication and
administrative procedures.
If you have a concern about violations of any
laws or regulations you should first speak with the immediate supervisor or next
level of management whenever possible.
Features of the Compliance Hotline:
- Hotline is operational 24 hours a day, seven days a
week
- The calls are staffed by personnel, from an independent
service, familiar with the operations of a healthcare provider and compliance
issues.
- Once the information is received the hotline than notifies
the compliance officer of the suspected violation
- The compliance officer evaluates the information and conducts
an appropriate investigation
- Follow up is a priority. The hotline system is structured to
allow a caller to check back for an update on the organization’s response to
the concern or provide additional
information.
