The LIFE Center is an important part of this program.
The LIFE Center provides one location where doctors, nurses, and other healthcare professionals offer treatment and monitor changes in participants’ health. Here, participants receive nutritious meals and join in on a variety of activities to keep active and make new friends. Transportation to the LIFE Center is among services provided.
