Our Facebook page offers a number of resources and will make St. Mary more easily accessible to patients and the community. Facebook members are encouraged to “like” the St. Mary page in order to receive automatic updates and helpful news reports in a number of areas. Postings will include information on St. Mary services and new technologies, events and invitations, wellness tips including healthy recipes, screenings and registrations, quality outcomes, awards and recognitions, career opportunities, patient testimonials, and news stories and video clips.
The presence of St. Mary Medical Center on Facebook allows for direct and timely communication with the public, such as when community flu shots are available, or how to register for a mammogram, or if the St. Mary Wellness Center is closed because of inclement weather. As the region’s premier medical center with a well-established reputation for excellence in quality and care, St. Mary Medical Center will use Facebook as an avenue to provide reliable, easily accessible information to strengthen its outreach in the community.
