| 2013 Diabetes Support Group: Understanding Your Diabetes |

Join Us: St. Mary Medical Center, Langhorne, PA, invites you to join us for the first of four support groups. You will have the opportunity to participate in an open discussion for an exchange of information, feelings and ideas with people living with Type 1 and Type 2 diabetes. These support groups will encourage you to tell us about your diabetes and share your experiences and problems with people like you who are living with their diabetes.
These support groups do not take the place of a Diabetes Self-Management Program or counseling by a Diabetes Educator.

Cost: Support group meetings are free of charge.
When: Thursday, May 30, 2013
Time: 6 to 7:30 p.m.
Where: St. Mary Medical Center Diabetes Education Center (located on the ground floor in the main hallway of the Medical Center next to the cafeteria)
