Surgery Program Coordinator, St. Mary Medical Center
Valerie Batezel, PhD, MSN, RN, CBN, CRNP, FNP, BC is Board Certified with many years of Bariatric surgical experience. Valerie coordinates the team approach in guiding each individual patient through the pre and post-operative process. A unique feature of our program is the comprehensive nutritional counseling and behavior modification program that patients go through during both the preoperative and postoperative process.
MONICA VELEZ, RMA
Registered Medical Assistant, St. Mary Medical Center
Monica Velez is a Registered Medical Assistant with many years of Bariatric experience. She assists in scheduling your appointments to best fit your needs and is responsible for obtaining pre-certification from the insurance companies.
