Directions:
We are located in the Wellness Center area of the outpatient care facility. Drive all the way to the back of the hospital and park in the main visitors parking garage. We are located off of the 2nd floor of the large parking garage. (Note: garage starts from Ground, and circles up to level 1, level 2).
Enter building on 2nd floor and make a left down the first hallway. There will be signs stating “Wellness Center.” Stop at the front registration desk and let them know you have an appointment with the dietitian.
