About Dr. Holzman: Dr. Holzman received both his Bachelor of Science degree in Biochemistry and Medical degree from the University of Maryland. This was followed by a residency in general surgery and wound healing fellowship at Tufts Medical Center in Boston. Then, he pursued further training and went on to complete a residency and research fellowship in plastic and reconstructive surgery at Lahey Clinic Medical Center in Massachusetts. His special interests include body contouring, breast surgery, cosmetic surgery, reconstructive surgery, skin cancer and melanoma, and surgical wound management. He is a published researcher, experienced presenter, and is board certified by The American Board of Surgery.
