St. Mary Wellness Center is a comprehensive facility offering preventive, diagnostic, and rehabilitation services in a medical center environment. Our staff comes highly qualified with degrees and certifications in fitness and wellness and are dedicated to working with you to help you achieve your fitness goals.

Whether you need help getting back to where you once were, or assistance getting to where you want to be, the St. Mary Wellness Center can help you meet your health goals and improve your lifestyle.

Here at the Wellness Center, we provide a safe and friendly environment in which to exercise. Our members' main goals are to lose weight, get healthy and look and feel better! Your health is our primary concern and we will do everything in our power to help you reach your goals. You can be sure that you will be satisfied with your membership at the Wellness Center. We will make sure that you work hard so that you can reap the benefits.

Exercise is a lifelong activity. Your personalized program will include cardiovascular conditioning, strength and flexibility training, and nutritional counseling. Our fitness instructors are available to provide assistance and instruction on the exercise floor to anyone in need. Never hesitate to ask for help or clarification about your program. We are glad to assist you in any way that we can!

Now that you are a part of the St. Mary Wellness family, you can now enjoy the wide variety of services that we have to offer:

  • Initial Evaluation
  • Exercise Programs ( individually designed specifically for your needs)
  • Coaching (one-on-one individualized training with a fitness specialist)
  • Cardiac Step-Down (continuum of cardiac rehab program)
  • Physical Therapy Step-Down (continuum of physical therapy rehabilitation)
  • Exercise Programs developed for cancer, diabetic or joint replacement patients 
  • Senior Citizen Programs (specifically designed weight-training programs)
  • Strong Women: an osteoporosis-prevention and educational program created by Dr. Miriam Nelson to increase bone density
  • Weight Management: St. Mary Way to Wellness, an intense 10-week program with exercise, diet and holistic support
  • Post-Stroke program
  • Group Exercise Classes: cardiovascular, strength, body sculpting, pilates and yoga
  • Sports Specific Strenght and Conditioning: high school and collegiate athletes preparing for the upcoming season
